Kincardine Family Health Teams (KFHT)

KFHT is a group of allied healthcare professionals that provides complementary health care to the Kincardine Physicians Group in Kincardine, Ontario

The challenge was to disseminate the previous website content and design a new site that was engaging, easy to navigate, and provide useful information for patients and providers alike.
