Health Quality Ontario (HQO)
HQO is the provincial advisor on the quality of health care. To outline patient and healthcare provider expectations, an expansive program of 120+ Quality Standards was developed.
A visual language for the program and systems-based templates for patient, provider and implementation kit guides were developed for the first three Standards, in English and French, and provided as AODA-compliant* print copies and accessible PDFs. In collaboration with Colourphill Design (Toronto).
