Brockton and Area Family Health Team (BAFHT)

The Brockton and Area FHT is an allied group of collaborative healthcare providers that serves five rural communities in Grey and Bruce counties.

A new logo reflecting the five sites, teamwork, interactivity, and cooperation was developed along with a visual brand (colour palette, fonts, image style, and voicing). Applications included a website that is engaging, easy to navigate, and provides useful information for patients and a patient info guide available at all locations. Please visit bafht.com.
